As a member of the Digital Ops Ads team, ROI is the keyword that is always present in your thoughts. The main task is to constantly seek to optimize and further optimize the performance and advertising costs of client, build quality reports on ad campaign performance, thereby having market-appropriate strategies

1 Work with related teams to develop Google Ads, Facebook Ads advertising plans for client.
2 Update plan media from Project Manager and Media Team. Plan ads for each channel, plan deployment timelines, plan running goals, allocate budgets appropriately for each campaign.
3 Navigate Media team to create content for digital channels (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
4 Make sure to set up your advertising campaigns on schedule.
5 Responsible for optimizing and improving ad performance.
6 Implement and track overall ad campaigns, budgets and campaign performance.
7 Monitor campaigns, handle issues related to advertising policies and approve Ads set up.
8 Support project manager to answer client questions about advertising campaigns.
9 Make advertising campaign reports according to the campaign structure (month, quarter, year, contract).
10 Implement and run set up tracking for advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
11 Responsible for the Project's KPI.
12 Continuously update, innovate, improve processes, apply technology to improve the efficiency of the team.
13 Join BOD to recruit suitable personnel
14 Regularly monitor the progress closely, evaluate the performance of team members.
15 Do ad hoc tasks as superiors required.

Requirement

  • Graduated from college, university in Economics, Marketing or other related majors
  • 3-year experience working in marketing, especially FB, GG advertising
  • At least 2 years of leadership team experience
  • In-depth knowledge of measurement and optimization of advertising
  • Website/landing page understanding.
  • Knowledge of marketing communication, digital advertising, ...
  • Ability to understand Google reports / FB Analytics, analyze metrics. Know how to track users.
