How to design a new UI UX template?
Target audiences
Defining the customer’s portraits, their habits is the first step to drawing the interface. We will also analyze competitors in many different countries to see how they display the UI to get the original interface.
User journey
Identifying the user touchpoints and journeys aligning to the content flows on the page is very important. At this step, we will optimize the user journey to be the most concise to fulfill the brand’s goal.
Mood board
Based on the right target audience group, brand orientation and competitor analysis, we will build a simple, effective mood board with a good arrangement of images, pieces of text to improve workflow.
Wireframe
With a basic interface framework, customers can visualize the layout and functions of each element. This is considered a “common language” for developers to understand and work with the designer.
Prototype
The completed drawing incorporates streams for the customer to experience the design. In the other words, this is considered a mock-up with additional UX to vividly show the actual user actions.

The whole project was developed to create a communication portal among people wishing to use financial services with MB Bank as a connecting center. Website is optimized with the most advanced technology available such as AMP and PWA. The page loading speed is ensured to be less than 1 second.
